BIG EIGHT CONFERENCE
MEET RESULTS
*The Big 8 (which was first the Big 7 from 1951-54) had an initial run from 1951 to 1962. Breaking up at this time, teams either joined the newly formatted Valley Conference (created with many teams from the Central Valley Conference) or the brand new Golden Gate Conference. In 2006 after a 43 year gap the Big 8 (again, Big 7 at first then Modesto joined in 2008) was re-established as the conference it is today.*
